Provides estimated closing costs, including government fees for a buyer, with or without a loan, on a purchase real estate transaction. TRID vs Actual
Provides a side-by-side comparison of estimated closing costs in the format required by the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) regulations and actual fees. The TRID calculations are used by lenders in Closing Disclosures. Results can be emailed or printed out.

With an impressive career spanning three decades, Jennifer Battista has established herself as a formidable force in the real estate industry. Over the past 30 years as part of the Compass family of companies, she has held 15 different roles, each contributing to her vast expertise and leadership skills. Jennifer’s journey in the real estate sector is marked by her versatility and ability to lead across various domains. She has successfully managed organizations in mortgage finance, joint venture title agencies, title underwriting, relocation and personal lines insurance. Her current responsibilities include overseeing National Relocation, three title agencies, and personal lines insurance at Anywhere Insurance Agency. Known for her passionate leadership, Jennifer has a remarkable talent for building strong teams and fostering a positive culture. Her ability to achieve strong business results while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment has earned her a stellar reputation among her peers and team members. Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, Susan oversees the end‑to‑end performance of title and closing operations across multiple markets. With a deep background in real estate services and a passion for operational excellence, Susan ensures that every transaction moves efficiently, accurately and with exceptional client care. Bringing more than 26 years of experience in the title and settlement industry, Susan specializes in workflow optimization, customer service and team leadership. She has led initiatives to strengthen processes, improve turn times, and enhance communication between internal teams, agents, lenders and customers. Her work helps ensure that buyers, sellers and partners experience a smooth, transparent closing process from start to finish. Outside the office, Susan enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events and traveling.
Shea Harris

Shea Harris is an experienced escrow and title professional with over 20 years in the industry, known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering accurate, efficient closings.
